Brewed with Strength is taking a twist for this 3.0 program! While the focus is still on calisthenics, there is a big mix of functional strength combined with mobility. You can expect to feel stronger in every area as you move through these next 4 weeks.

In this program, you will find the routine that has helped me develop the ability to master my body. I’m a firm believer in working out for more than just looks! This program delivers that message. I created each workout so that you not only feel stronger in all areas, but that strength is carried with you outside of the gym, and in your day to day life. There is also a touch of athletic movement thrown in because, who says you have to be an athlete to train like one!?

Brewed with Strength is taking a twist for this 3.0 program! While the focus is still on calisthenics, there is a big mix of functional strength along with mobility. I kicked it up a notch in terms of intensity, guaranteeing that you’ll be feeling good after every workout.

Cool! But What is Functional Strength?

Functional strength is a type of training that strengthens muscles that are used in your everyday life. For example, when you’re going about your day, you bend, you twist, and you turn. This type of training definitely benefits you in more ways than one, but your future self will thank you for it!

According to Google, “Functional training is a term used to describe exercises that help you perform activities in everyday life more easily. These exercises typically use the whole body — definitely multiple muscles — and emphasize core strength and stability.”

My Priority

My priority is to deliver you a kick as$ program that you have fun doing.

I want to help you develop a lifestyle that you can carry on long term. Personally, I found myself lacking consistency when I did not look forward to my workout. I’ve noticed this style of training keeps my excitement up. So, it has become my goal that Brewed With Strength does the same for you. Not only this, my aim is to help you develop confidence in your physical body, but also your calisthenics skills and functionality.

Questions and Accessibility

It will definitely be helpful if you have access to a gym- but as long as you have weights, bands, and a few other pieces of equipment, we can still crush this program. If you’re a beginner, this program may be a bit challenging, but that doesn’t mean you can’t or shouldn’t do it. You will be guided through this program- each workout is linked to a private youtube video that only you have access to!
