In this program you’ll find 21 workouts all based around functional strength, core engagement, and dynamic mobility. You will find a bunch of my favorite moves and I’m hoping you enjoy them as much as I do! Some moves may be awkward, uncomfortable, and damn near impossible at first, but I wouldn’t put any exercises I don’t find efficient into a program, so trust me, and give it a shot! 

This program can be done at home, outside, at a park, or in a gym. The only equipment you’ll need is a mat, a bench, and something to hang on for pullups and hanging!

Feel free to use this program on its own, combined with your own training, or with one of my strength programs! 21 workouts can be split 3x a week for 7 weeks, or for whenever you want to take it a little easier from your usual gym destruction! I will be launching a Summer Shred 6 week program within the second week of May, and this program would be an excellent addition for your off days / active recovery days.

Core x Mobility

BWS core x mobility is a catalogue of 21 workouts to get you feeling more loose and mobile. We will also be challenging your core and functional strength! You will find many of my hidden gems that I use prior to many of my lifts, or workouts I love to perform on active rest days.

How often should I use this Program?

This program may be used on its own, alongside your usual training, or on your active recovery or rest days. All 21 workouts may be split into 7 weeks, 3x a week. However, feel free to use it how often you feel necessary! I would recommend 2-3x per week, and slowly gain the habit of performing mobility before a workout.

Why I created a Mobility program!

Back in February,  I had back pain that I never experienced before. I took a few weeks off from my usual training to focus on my back mobility and I never felt better afterwards! My mind to muscle connection improved, and I felt so much stronger. So I thought, if mobility is this important, why not create a program that could benefit others? And so, this program was born. :’)

Do I Need Equipment?

This program can be done at home, outside, at a park, or in a gym. The only equipment you’ll need is a mat, a bench (or step, chair, etc), and something to hang on for pull-ups 😉 If you need a link for an at-home pull-up bar / calisthenics set-up, I recommend this one!
