Core x Mobility
BWS core x mobility is a catalogue of 21 workouts to get you feeling more loose and mobile. We will also be challenging your core and functional strength! You will find many of my hidden gems that I use prior to many of my lifts, or workouts I love to perform on active rest days.
How often should I use this Program?
This program may be used on its own, alongside your usual training, or on your active recovery or rest days. All 21 workouts may be split into 7 weeks, 3x a week. However, feel free to use it how often you feel necessary! I would recommend 2-3x per week, and slowly gain the habit of performing mobility before a workout.
Why I created a Mobility program!
Back in February, I had back pain that I never experienced before. I took a few weeks off from my usual training to focus on my back mobility and I never felt better afterwards! My mind to muscle connection improved, and I felt so much stronger. So I thought, if mobility is this important, why not create a program that could benefit others? And so, this program was born. :’)
Do I Need Equipment?
This program can be done at home, outside, at a park, or in a gym. The only equipment you’ll need is a mat, a bench (or step, chair, etc), and something to hang on for pull-ups 😉 If you need a link for an at-home pull-up bar / calisthenics set-up, I recommend this one!
