Hi ! If you’re reading this, it’s because I’ve finally launched my 4 week program, focusing on bodyweight movements, mobility, and core strength. Due to the CoronaVirus, we have lost all access to the outside world…. including the gym. In attempts to stay active and live our routinely lives, we’re trying to bring the gym to our home.

 

I’ve been looking at this worldwide change as a chance to grow, adapt, and learn a ton of things about life, I hadn’t known before. Having to adapt to being out of work, and realizing all of the goals I put to the side due to time restrictions has opened my eyes.

 

I decided to take this free time to finally create an online program, which has been a dream of mine for some time now. Take on this 4 week program with me to not only get stronger, but to have a shit show time doing it.
