Is this Program also Based Around Calisthenics?

I’ve added many calisthenics twists, as well as some gymnast moves to really push you on certain days. Cardio is super basic, there is no crazy exciting HIIT – just sprints. When basic things work, i don’t care to change them!

I really do believe that this program will not only add some excitement into your fitness regimen, but it will challenge you in ways you haven’t been pushing yourself. Open your eyes to the fact that exercise is not all about looks- that all the changes in your physique are a BYPRODUCT of your self care. I hope that this program helps you to learn how to show compassion and belief to yourself, especially as you over come your personal challenges along the way.

The Program that Breeds

Consistency

the number one lesson i’ve learned over the last 365 days is that, only working out for my physique is not a strong enough motive to remain consistent.. I would get obsessed, have a cheat day, fall off track for months, end up in a depression, then repeat the cycle.. for 5 years. ESPECIALLY around summer.

When I switched my mindset to look at exercise as a means to move in ways  that we don’t often move in, I began to fall in love with my daily fitness routine. Everyday became another chance to learn new moves and get better at old ones.

Eventually, my mobility began to improve to the point that my body became strong AND flexible. Then, after 6 months of cleaning up my eating and my lifestyle, I began to shred up and feel leaner and stronger than ever. However, the way my physical body looked was the last of my concerns.

I looked at my training and health from the inside-out, from a holistic point of view.

Instead of focusing on looking lean and strong, I prioritized stabilizing my joints and muscles, loosening up, and developing strength that would go well into my 50s when that day comes..

Instead of tracking macros and scheduling cheat days, i became obsessed with taking care of my gut, skin, and hormones. Eating for your overall wellness WILL change your life. i can guarantee it…

So, i’ve gathered up a ton of exercises that helped ME, and organized them into a 4 week program that i hope will yield similar results for you! I have never felt better eating and training this way and i only want the same for all of you.
